I like this one, especially the 2NT opening is worth considering for strong offensive hands just short in terms of hcps for a strong 22+ hcps 2C opening. This gadget can be included in the "Nightmare" bidding system of Buratti-Lanzarotti for instance.
But putting all the 8-12 hcps distributional hands at the two level is best while the semibalanced 9-12 hcps in the 1NT opening. So the 2C opening would be either 5431 or 4441 or 6+clubs with shortness and no 5+ card major and the 1NT opening either 6322 or 7222 in any suit. But your 2NT opening gave me another idea too, and that is opening all strong distributional hands with 1NT it is to say those that are worth offensively 18-21 hcps but short in terms of hcps in possibly another bidding system, in combination with the 2NT strong distributional opening. Anyway good work. Bravo:-)
